Lamentável o ocorrido. Fui bem recebido para o CHECK-IN, sendo alocado em uma boa suíte, entretanto as 17:30 faltou energia que perdurou a noite toda e um hotel desta categoria não dispõe de gerador próprio. Tive uma noite muito desconfortável. No dia seguinte a situação permanecia a mesma. Café da manhã muito tarde (7:00hs) e de má qualidade, poucas variedades e produtos "velhos". Parte do hotel em obras o que causa desconforto para refeições com acúmulo de poeiras (deveria ser avisado na reserva, pois sou alérgico). Solicitei reembolso ao gerente e o mesmo autorizou e me desloquei para outra propriedade (o reembolso ainda estou discutindo com a HOTEIS.COM.). Cabe ressaltar que os funcionário não têm culpa e são atenciosos, exceto os da cozinha. Péssima experiência!!

Algumas coisas faltam , tipo assim : nao tinha um telefone no quarto , o frogobar vazio, nao tinha nem uma cadeira no quarto pra sentar . E um fato que aconteceu muito desagradáve : um andaime com uma pessoa trabalhando na janela do banheiro .

O hotel estava construindo uma suíte e o isolamento não era adequado.A área da piscina com resquícios de obra. O quarto só tinha uma tomada para carregador, sendo a outra no banheiro. A abertura da garagem demorou em três ocasiões.

O Sr. Que trabalha na recepção fez um atendimento bem insatisfatório e ainda alegou que vocês da Hoteis.com não mandam as informações corretas. Fiz a reservas de todos os quartos duplos em camas separadas, ele disse que la para ele não tinha nenhuma observação como esta e acabou colocando todos em cama de casal. Uma grande confusão.

Stopover near to Airport

Stayed overnight before flying out early the following morning, didn't get to use many of the facilities or explore the area. Breakfast provided was excellent and is associated with popular seafood restaurant (across the road) which they provided us a discount.
