É um hotel apenas para dormir e pronto.

O serviço dos funcionários é excelente. A localização é maravilhosa, porém, o hotel é muito antigo e dentro lembra uma pousada. O café da manhã é super simples e ruim. Sempre servem as mesmas coisas( 3 tipos de frutas cortadas, não fazem uma salada para variar, ovos, salsicha e batata doce, contudo SEMPRE frios; café, leite, chá e 2 tipos de suco. Pão velho e duro, não tem sanduicheira, apenas torradeira, bolo básico, sem graça, queijo, presunto e geleias. Deveriam ser mais criativos e potencializar o que eles podem oferecer.

Desastre

Hotel com estrutura antiga, no primeiro quarto que nos colocaram tinha apenas uma tomada funcionando, que ficava no banheiro, as outras duas (gelagua e cama) estavam desencapadas. O vaso sanitário quando se dava descarga, saia agua pelo cano. Toalhas manchadas. Boxe pequeno, não consegue entrar pra dar um banho no seu filho pequeno, pq não cabem 2 pessoas. Estacionamento apertadíssimo e muitas escadas em todo Hotel. Café da manhã simples. Precisa de uma reforma urgente!

Destaque para o atendimento de todos os funcionários. Não gostei em não poder deixar o cartão no quarto para manter o ar ligado. Demorava a refrescar o ambiente. A localização do hotel faz toda diferença. Somando com a excelente estadia que tivemos. Retornaremos com toda certeza.

O hotel é bom num geral. O quarto é grande e a cama confortável, mas não tem secador de cabelo. O café da manhã poderia ter mais opções, mas não é ruim. Aproximadamente 20 min de caminhada do hotel para os pontos turísticos da Barra.

Muito ruim.

O hotel é antigo e não está em boas condições. O banheiro exala mau odor, a tampa do vaso estava quebrada e o porta papel também. Tem um computador na recepção, mas não funciona, e os funcionários não demonstraram qualquer boa vontade de tentar fazer funciona-lo. A propósito, o pessoal que trabalhava na recepção durante o dia sequer tinha boa vontade para prestar informações básicas. Fomos alocados em quarto duplo (com duas camas de solteiro), mas pedimos no check-in para nos transferir, caso fosse possível, para um quarto com cama de casal, mas não obtivemos qualquer resposta até nossa saída. E para finalizar, no último dia da nossa estadia, fomos surpreendidos, enquanto dormíamos, pela camareira adentrando em nosso quarto.

O hotel é simples mas tinha bom quarto, que estava limpo e arrumado. A cama era confrtável, ar condicionado funcionando bem. Banheiro de bom tamanho, limpo, com chuveiro bom e água quente. O quarto era arrumado diariamente. A recepção precisa de algumas melhorias para melhorar a aparência. O café da manhã era simples mas adequado com frutas, pães, leite, suco, café, bolo, e duas opções quentes. Há pucas opções de alimentação próximas do hotel, mas boas. Hotel bem próximo da Universidade, a qual pode'se ir andando. Taxis facilmente obtidos em frente ao hotel.

A rede wifi nao não estava pegando no meu quarto. Quarto estava sujo quando cheguei, apos reclamação houve a limpeza. Cortinas estão com mofo e sujas.
