Assim que cheguei senti que o quarto tinha cheiro de mofo. Acho que o hotel deveria abrir as janelas quando não estiver com hospede pra que o cheiro do mofo saia. Precisa circular ar natural no quarto pra ficar arejado, senao fica fedendo mesmo. O colchão era confortável. O hotel precisa de reformas. Área da piscina por exemplo, precisa muito de reformas. A limpeza do banheiro precisa melhorar. O café da manha é básico, não tem variedade, esperava mais. Eu peguei apenas uma diária, então pra mim foi um ok. Mas não pegaria uma estadia mais longa. A localização é otima, mas o hotel esta com varios problemas. Em relação ao atendimento, fomos muito bem tratados por todos da equipe.

Quarto sujo, paredes sujas, toalhas sujas, trem de cama e toalhas que são trocadas a cada 2 dias. Café da manhã muito simples. Um hotel com 132 apartamentos com refeitório minúsculo com 20 mesas, é simplesmente patético na hora do café. Tem 3 elevadores, que pelo menos 1 sempre está em manutenção. Minha esposa ficou presa no elevador e quem resolveu foi um outro turista. Localização e vista para a praia são boas, apesar dos vidros sujos.

Camas com colchão um pouco ruim, o jogo de banho não trocaram conforme informavam no aviso, tivemos que solicitar na recepção e fomos informado que a camareira leva a chave e não tinha como trocar as toalhas. O banheiro não foi limpo adequadamente nem trocaram o pano do piso. O café da manhã agradável. Piscina precisa manutenção urgente, faltando muitas pedrinhas e não tem espaço externo (em volta da piscina) que acomode mais de 10 pessoas.

Boa localização atende a necessidade com base no valor pago, café da manhã simples mas, Porém bom. So uma dica se poder levem toalhas de banho. A troca a cada 2 dias. São velhas e finas sem qualidade. Levei as minhas pois já tinha lido os comentários. A deseja somente um funcionário totalmente grosso sem Educação acho que Cláudio o nome dele. A porta não travava e precisou reservar pessoal da recepção atencioso porém ele grosso sem Educação não atendeu o chamado.
