"I was extremely disappointed with the customer service. I asked for an iron 4 times and didn’t receive it. I had to stop a maid in the hallway to get one. I had booked a room with 2 double beds and was given one bed. I had my son with me and they charged me for having him. My room was not cleaned one of the days and my sign was not on the door. I was extremely disappointed with the experience. I will be frequently Kuwait and will not consider this hotel. "

"New hotels clean and comfortable with wide bed excellent mattress nice shower caping in the bathroom but hard high below . Slow check in ,need more expert stuff "

"Had an amazing stay i would come again The hotel is new and there is alot of restaurants in al bida so you arent limited to the hotel, the pool is on the roof though not in front of the beach, that pool on the beach is exclusive to a private gym member's not for hotel guest."
