Really enjoyable Salzburg stay

This is our second stay in motel one and we'd be happy to use them again. Hotel was in a good location. Bar area is really welcoming. Staff were all good, but a couple of them really excelled and made our stay even better.

The property was very clean and upscale. They had a breakfast option (we didn’t use) but that looked wonderful with a good selection of fresh food items. Drinks were served downstairs near reception and it was a very comfortable and cozy environment with different seating areas with a variety of options. The receptionists were helpful, fluent in English and German, and very professional.

Positive points : Clean , polite and welcoming staff , next to the public transportation , safe quiet area , next to a hyper market. Negative points : expensive , no fridge, no telephone, no coffe or tea maker , no iron in hotel at all ! , the air conditioner was not running well . The bathroom was too small

Lack of room Amenities

The room was small, clean, quiet, but lacked any amenities. We chose not to have the breakfast, but the room had no coffee / tea maker or fridge. The bathroom just had a bottle of combined shampoo/ soap, which was empty for stay, even though I left the lid off it the shower, so make sure you bring everything you need. The location was a convenient 10 minute tram ride from the center, and right next to a large grocery store.

We loved it here! The property was very nice. We loved seeing all the dogs staying there too. You’re close to a shopping mall which has everything. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. They did speak English as well.

Wonderful

The hotel was amazing. The reception staff are kind and welcoming, they were also the bartenders who did a wonderful job. Great breakfast. Clean and tidy everywhere. Bus stops 5 steps from the hotel to both the city and towns outside of Salzburg.

Good value hotel

This hotel was in close proximity to a course I was taking nearby. I spent ten days here. The property is clean, in close proximity to a grocery store (with a cafe), and several restaurants. The air conditioning was somewhat present, but was unable to keep up with the 90-100 temperatures in July.
