"The staff was very nice good people, but the room was head bugged in the bathroom. Don’t know where it came from but they did send someone up to get rid of the bugs all over the bathroom the floor in the sink that’s where the dead bugs with that whole bunch a bunch everything else was clean and good"

"The accommodations were very nice and the staff was excellent. They were very responsive to our requests and went above and beyond to make things extra special for Valentine's Day. Our personal butler,G.R. handled everything thing from a motorcycle rental to flower bouquets and extra special margaritas. It will always hold a special memory and I plan to visit again."

"スタッフの方は親切で部屋も使いやすく過ごしやすかったです。レストランの食事も美味しかったです。空港ピックアップは1800ペソと高いです。帰りのボートは無料でした。マーケットでフルーツを買いましたが、ホテルに持ち込み禁止と言われました。チェックアウトまでフロントで保管されたので痛んでしまって残念です。ドリ アンとかではなかったので、先に言って欲しかったです。"
