Nice clean room. Friendly staff. Extremely noisy! Neighbour adjacent to hotel plays music at a ridiculously loud level, had to use ear plugs and still sounded louder than a loud concert. Very very noisy part of town.

Eurostars Grand Cayacoa
All amenities were removed from resort and beach area became public with locals using parasols. No bars at beach area and no animations. Would only go back if resort becomes all inclusive.

Fue una muy buena experiencia aunque con algunas incomodidades , el personal excelente la limpieza excelente la comida super siempre con mucha variedad y buenas atenciones de todo el personal del hotel , siempre amable y con una sonrisa . Algo que si me hizo incomodar un poco reporte el refigerador ...
