"The Royal Purnama exceeded our expectations. Both food and beverage outlets had great variety and had wonderful ambience, especially at night. IMO a villa with a private pool is always the way to go, we were not disappointed. Amazing staff everywhere and Happy Hour at the Standing Stones bar is not to be missed. Special shout out to Agus for the Lavender Margaritas 🍸 Will definitely return, didn’t really want to leave 😭."

Mattresses were a little firm for my husband and I but our teenage and adult kids had no problem with them. Pool was great if you wanted a break from the ocean and the coral washing on shore."

The check in process could be better When you first get in, there is a big negative shock, you go to a small hot room to wait for the golf cart to take you down. At that point the your view is really bad and you see some very old ugly sun beds that makes you question your decision but as soon as you as you get on the golf cart and see the rest of the property you really fall in love. I think they should really work on the first impression of the property"

"The property has stunning views, and a true atmosphere to relax and unwind. We stayed in a villa with private pool and it was worth all the way. The room was spacious, super clean, the amenities were of high quality and the bed super comfortable. The service was very attentive, I had a small complain in the beginning of our stay and it was resolved effectively by the Manager on Duty. We used the Spa and it was comparative to other Spas, nothing bad but also nothing outstanding. I would have tasted the property a 5, however the food by the pool was very low quality, the pizzas are frozen from a package rather than being fresh made."

"This was a very nice Villa with a STUNNING view of the ocean right outside your door. Their dinner is delicious with a free breakfast that came with our stay. The front desk helped with transportation and we had the same driver 3 times. While it’s beautiful they definitely have an aunt problem and you’ll be approached by stray dogs on the beach. Many are not taken care of and sadly have to beg tourists for food, which is not safe for tourists. We mostly enjoyed our stay on the beach with the exception of the dirty sheets. The Villa wasn’t cleaned very well. I found a few dead bugs on the bed sheets and had a hard time sleeping the next two nights. Also, sand is very heard to keep out of the villa. They provide a broom but I wish they had better mats at the doors and wash stations to help. Definitely the cleanliness needed improvement."
