"Luck of the draw. I had the top floor no lift room. Obviously leaks in wet season. Water on electric plugs !! Little Geko in room from hole in ceiling. Very worn all round. My friend floor below was much better. But NO LIFT and NOT a place to take ladies !! Even freelancers. But it is cheap"

"I had a lovely stay with my family at Sukhumvit 20. Sukhumvit 20 guest house is owned by a very nice Indian family. They are so hospitable and sweet. They run a small Thai restaurant just down the accomodation. It was so convenient to grab anything you want from 7 Eleven that is located just opposite the guest house. "Not as nice as the photos that I saw on expedia. The superior room is still really nice, It had extra windows, tall ceilings a few more square footage and an extra closet. The room has some wear and tear. Service is top notch there. but I like the smaller deluxe rooms are cozier and a bit cheaper. The flow of the room felt more ergonomic. If its only a $4-$10 difference get the bigger room. Anything more then that I would get the standard room. "

"I enjoyed my stay at this property. It was walking distance to local restaurants and a mall. It was also close to the train as well. The one thing I will mentioned is that, although the room was nice and felt modern, the lack of art on the walls kind of made the room feel sterile. They could definitely use some art work on the walls in the living room and bedroom. Other than that one thing which is just a preference, I had a nice stay. "

"The location is perfect- being able to jump on the BTS is great & a 5 minute walk to MBK. Breakfasts were good too. The only negatives were not being able to adjust the air conditioning, the super narrow shampoo/shower gel containers (no conditioner)& no power outlet in the bathroom. I recommend bringing a double adapter or powerboard as there is only a single power outlet by the bed for the lamp so if you want to charge any devices overnight you’ll need a 2nd outlet. I’d definitely stay here again. "
