"My husband and I booked here for 2 weeks and it was horrible. We were told no transportation is offered by a girl with bangs in the morning and they have a sign that say no cost transportation. The whole hotel smells of sewer and the food offered for breakfast needs to be better for the price you are paying. They staff is not competent when asking about refund policy after asking 3 times if I could get the nights refunded if we left early and we were told yes. After checking out they said they had a charge for leaving early. The laundry room sucks only one washer and dryer for 6 floors and the water smells. The comforters are all stained and cleaning is not done profound. The ice machine rarely works and no mini fridges in the room. The two weeks stay was horrible and I would recommend booking elsewhere where they don’t try stealing your money. I expected more from a marriot and the whole hotel needs to be tore down and redone and a whole new staff. "
