Great Staff Nice Room

refreshing clean , confortable hotel on the lovely island of flores. highly recommended. we wanted to stay longer!

Friendly staff, comfortable room and free airport transfer.

An excellent choice for lodging on trips to Petén. The hotel is remodeled and very well maintained. I highly recommend it. We really enjoyed it. The restaurant is also good, and there's no need to go out to eat. We really liked that the room had a small refrigerator, which came in very handy. The property is excellent for walking around.

Orginally planned to stay one night, but on arriving we knew we wanted to stay a second. Everything from the cocktail by the lake to greet us and the friendly, attentive staff, to the lovely rooms, idealic setting and the superb food were perfect. We left wanting to stay longer. The food deserves a further mention. A fair selection of creative dishes, cooked to perfection. The steak a la bernais trumps that I've had in some of London's best Argentinian steak houses and the dijon style chicken...

2 night stay in Flores, staff were very helpful and helped with bags, our questions and taxi to the airport. We had the very top room with a great view over the water and our own spiral staircase! The town is small so easy to walk around and get everywhere from here.

Lovely spacious room. Spotlessly clean. Staff are wonderful and can’t do enough for you. Free lancha to Flores and will also arrange to take you across outside of hours e.g. for Tikal at sunrise trip. Pool area could do with bit of TLC, but there is a huge lake to swim in. The mattress was way too hard for my taste, but otherwise we had a fabulous stay.

My favourite hotel in Guatemala. The view from the balcony was excellent, overlooking the lake with the hammock, chairs and table. The room was clean and spacious. The bathroom had good running water and warm water. The breakfast allows you to choose food from the cafe next door which was good quality and mixed options.

The rooms were very clean, and staff were very very helpful. It's an bit out of town but the tuk tuks are cheap. But be aware that they stop at 8pm. They can make you breakfast for an extra charge , and nothing is too much trouble .
