Calor de hogar
El personal y los dueños del hotel muy amables y atentos. El hotel tiene una buena ubicación para llegar al peatonal, aeropuerto y playa principal. Además es un barrio muy seguro, puedes caminar a cualquier hora del día con tranquilidad. En el hotel también te ayudan a coordinar tours o alquiler de vehículos (mulas, motos, etc). Las instalaciones muy cómodas, las habitaciones amplias y las áreas comunes muy agradables, justo lo que se necesita. Lo único negativo sería que el servicio de internet fue un poco inestable y el agua es escasa (nunca falto, pero a veces llegaba poquita a la ducha), sin embargo hay que ser compresivos, se trata de una isla y esos servicios son difíciles de conseguir, así que realmente en términos generales muy bien. Súper recomendado!

The hotel is beautiful ! BUT...
The hotel is clean, brand new, good service from the staff but we had a bad time when we arrive they didn't know that they have an orbitz account so our reservation didn't exist ... can you believe that ? The next day they found the emails so we could stay ... and they don't have a ring outside so you have to yell and scream until someone can open the door. Don't get there until you don't contact them first and tell them when are you arriving ...
