"Had to ask 2 or 3 times to get anything (e.g., towels, etc.). All gym equipment didn't work. Room's bathroom doesn't even have a door, just a sliding piece of wood."

"We stayed for 2 days and got a very good deal. When we got there the room was very hot and the ceiling was leaking so the carpet by the bathroom was soaked. I went down to tell them at about 9pm and they sent someone that just gave us a box fan for the room and he told us there was nothing they could ..."
