The staff was amazing and very friendly and courteous. The room and facilities were clean and tidy. The parking was easy. A Mexican restaurant and a Starbucks was literally in the parking lot adjacent to the hotel which was very convenient.

Good location. Mexican Restaurant and Starbucks in walking distance. Breakfast only consist of waffles, cereal, bagels, toast, juice, and coffee. Room was very clean a spacious.

The room was filthy. I spent several hours cleaning it when we checked in. It was missing the refrigerator and there was dirty underwear left from a previous renter. The pool was piss yellow. Yuck.

Room- was dirty, crud on walls, bed spread had stains on them, sheets had dirt and hair. We decided to leave. Now to get a refund seems to be a difficult.with a third party. I have pics of the room and the attempts of getting a refund.

The stars to get to our room smelled like urine. The are around parking seemed unsafe and poorly lit We were not happy and will probably never use a la Quinta again if property are similar. Guess this is a franchise with poor representation of the name
