"The staff were very friendly and helpful offering suggestions for restaurants to visit locally and help with travel plans. Breakfast offered excellent choices with additional options prepared freshly such as omelettes, pancakes and salmon and avocado. The free afternoon and evening buffets which included wine and soft/hot drinks were a real bonus as were a plentiful supply of cakes for those with a sweet tooth! I’d 100% recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Milan."

"Quiet, clean, basic hotel close to the train station, Milan Centrale. We chose it for the location since we arrived by train. Short taxi or Metro ride to Duomo etc. Malpensa airport is an hour away but there is an express train at Milan Centrale. Breakfast is available for 15euro but we ate at one of the many restaurants in the area. We stayed 2 nights & it worked well for us."

"Todo excelente, el proceso de checkin fue muy sencillo y el código para entrar al edificio y a la habitación fue recibido oportunamente. La limpieza y estado de la habitación fueron lo que esperábamos. La habitación fue silenciosa y la ubicación del hotel ideal. Como única observación, comentaría que la puerta de la ducha no se encontraba bien sellada, por lo que el agua se fugaba fuera del plato de ducha y hubo que limpiar con las toallas que teníamos disponibles."

"Die Klimaanlage hat während unseres Aufenthalts (bei 36 Grad im Schatten) nicht funktioniert. Ein erholsamer Schlaf war daher nicht möglich (insbesondere für unser Baby). Wir wurden immer wieder vertröstet. Der Mangel konnte jedoch nicht behoben werden. Dies hat unseren zweitägigen Mailand Urlaub leider etwas leiden lassen. Wir warten nun auf eine Erstattung, da dies keine vertragsgemäße Leistung war."

"Be careful with your timing of your arrival if you are coming from the US, or I guess anywhere from NA or SA. Flights land pretty early in the morning but the hotel does not 'guarantee" room occupancy until 2PM. At least they don't when you book via Expedia, as I arrived at 11am was told my room just needed to be cleaned, waited 2 hours and saw so many people come in and get rooms ahead of me. I only got in to my room after 2 hours because I finally confronted the desk person and said I don't...

"The apartment was spacious and the bed was comfortable. I enjoyed having the kitchen with a microwave, stove and refrigerator. The apartment was in a great location with restaurants and shops within walking distance."

"It’s very close to the train station which was perfect for me as I had to leave early in the morning. The neighbourhood is safe and has lots of restaurants and a little street to get a drink. I also found some great vintage shops nearby. Would totally recommend… good value for the price too!"
