Vivir con la naturaleza

Lo pasamos muy bien , aunque la habitaciĆ³n no era la que habiamos solicitado, y ademas seria interesante que funcionara un pequeƱo restaurante o la opciĆ³n de una despensa mas surtida para la noche. Es un lugar ideal para personas que les gusta alojarse en medio de la naturaleza. La atenciĆ³n de AnalĆ­a y su familia fue muy satisfactoria y cĆ”lida. .

Este no es un Resort 3 estrellas

No existe posibilidad de comparar la realidad con las fotos que uno ve en la pagina. Da la impresion de haber sido un hotel lindo en su momento al cual le dejaron de hacer 10 aƱos de mantenimiento. No tiene ningun servicio central como se ofrece. No tiene gerente, gobernante ni nadie responsable, todo lo soportan los estoicos recepcionistas y un muchacho de mantenimiento, que hace lo que puede con lo poco que tiene. La calefaccion central no funciona (en la patagonia!!!) hay en reemplazo unos calentadores electricos. El agua caliente apenas sirve para una ducha de 5 minutos. La vajilla es de la epoca de mi abuela. Las habitaciones tienen pintura en mal estado y humedad en las paredes. Nos tuvieron que cambiar de habitacion porque la puerta de entrada no abria dada la hinchazon de la madera por la humedad. TODO MAL.

Este hotel fica a 18 km do centro de Bariloche, marcado no gps, isolado de tudo. A paisagem Ć© muito bonita, mas tambĆ©m sĆ³. NĆ£o Ć© um resort muito menos um spa, talvĆ©z tenha sido. Se vocĆŖ quer se isolar lĆ” Ć© o lugar, mas se for para conhecer e fazer turismo na cidade procure outro no centro.

muy lindo parque, alejado del ruido

es un hotel muy lindo con un parque enorme. el hotel se ubica lejos del ruido de bariloche justo al lado del lago gutierrez. tenes reposeras y podrĆ­as pasar el dĆ­a sin salir. (tiene restaurant tambien) las habitaciones son normales , bĆ”sicas y en mi caso nos dieron una cabaƱa donde la habitaciĆ³n matrimonial si bien estaba separada era medio piso arriba de la otra con lo cual era como estar en la misma habitaciĆ³n. (tipo loft)

El lugar esta muy descuidado, no te ponen ni shampoo, escasean las toallas, eramos 4 y te daban 2 toallas y la atenciĆ³n de la persona de recepciĆ³n es pĆ©sima, no se puede preguntar nada que la seƱora te trata de manera muy agresiva y mal educada.

Afastado, mas uma boa opĆ§Ć£o

O Hotel fica a beira do Lago Gutierrez, um local lindo com vista para as montanhas. Ɖ um pouco afastado do centro, mas se vocĆŖ estiver com um carro alugado (o que Ć© bastante barato) fica como uma Ć³tima opĆ§Ć£o para descansar com tranquilidade, e ir para o Cerro Catedral por um caminho alternativo que quase nĆ£o tem movimento. O cafĆ© da manhĆ£ Ć© bom, e vocĆŖ pode tomĆ”-lo com o visual do Lago. O pessoal do hotel Ć© bastante atencioso e prestativo, e os Bungalows sĆ£o amplos e equipados para pequenas refeiƧƵes.

No exaggeration but this was the worst hotel I have ever been to. The positive could be for some that it is quite remote and tucked away from any hussle and bussle, oh and Wifi wrked really well. Now for the real review, it is really far from the city centre with very limited modes of transport to get there which can put a small dent in your pocket. It is far from any sort of amenities such as food or whatever you might want for that matter. There is a restaurant which should have a cook present from 8pm however the chef turns up as he pleases which can be from 9 onward. The breakfast traditionally minimal and even though there are other options such as American style breakfast..., the chef would never be there in the morning to prepare it for you. We met the same bread crumbs that we left after eating day after day. They don't tidy the table at all. Furthermore, the owner who seems to be the young American boy who does the evening/night shift was not at all vibrant or proactive in suggesting things which were available to us in terms of excursions etc... He does not even know the times to get to places. Upon checkout,we were told we had to pay for breakfast which was according to our booking included. Almost all other hotels include breakfast. I am sure I forgot out some things but anyway, I would not recommendthis hotel at all.
