We stayed here one night and had a good experience. Staff is friendly and helpful. Hotel is located across the marina making its location ideal. Room is very spacious, clean and designed well. The pool was unfortunately empty, a lot of things in the suite did not work, such as the lock in the main door and bathroom, the electrical outlet in the bathroom vanity and hair dryer did not work, finally the lighting in the jacuzzi did not turn on. The views are gorgeous and location is great. There is plenty of food and activity options within walking distance

The property is very clean, the room also very clean and comfortable. It would be very nice if they provide dish detergent and paper towels in the kitchen area, we went to buy those things. Customer service is also good but we did not get any upgrades for being Expedia VIP customers.

Overall was good general speaking, there are a couple of staff members that require supervision on how they treat the customers. The front desk guy during the check in was arrogant, and the service in the rooftop bar was horrible. On the other hand, the restaurant service was great - the waiter Miguel is the best.

Staff was great. Took several requests for them to turn hot water up but finally got it. Jacuzzi tub on balcony took an hour and fifteen minutes to fill. Not much pressure coming out of faucet. I would just get a regular room next time. Pool not heated so was extremely cold. We would stay again. With that being said we would stay again. Rooms were very nice and the view of the ocean and marina was wonderful. We didn’t try the hidden restaurant in there.

Understaffed but with good attitude.

-Customer service at front desk is top notch. -Rooms are spacious and clean. -There is construction going on behind the hotel so if you happen to get one of the rooms on that side, expect some noise. -The bar next to the pool opens at 4:00pm, so, if you are in the pool earlier than that, you will have to bring your own drinks or go down one floor to order from the restaurant. -There is no ac in the pool bathrooms, expect them to be very very hot. -Womens bathroom at the pool is used as a storage. -The courtesy breakfast is similar to a motel 6 continental breakfast, some fruit, waffles, ham and cereal, so, if you are thinking to reserve on this hotel just based on the courtesy breakfast (like me) it doesnt worth it. -Food and drinks at the restaurant is really good, I think they need more staff to give a better service.

Unfortunately, I did not feel comfortable walking to the beach by myself with my service dog. I made it half and turned around due to the time of day. There is a terrace but it was not open on the day I stayed. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
