"Everything during my stay was beautiful. The front desk staff, especially Wilmer, made my stay very memorable he spoke English and was a great point of contact for any questions I had.
However, my experience took a turn on the last day when I was injured due to a wet floor in the spa area. I had to pay for my own hospital visit, and the hotel did not accommodate me or offer any compensation after the incident. Later that evening, I attempted to have dinner at their restaurant but was only given a 10% discount, even though I couldn’t finish my meal due to the pain.
While the staff did seem concerned at first, that concern didn’t carry through during checkout when I received my final bill. Overall, the property was nice, clean, and had amazing staff but I’m disappointed with how the situation was handled after my injury in the Dominican Republic."
