"Paid for a room with a balcony and city view. Didn't get one. Still waiting for a receipt that was supposed to be emailed after check out. Person at check in couldn't even tell us where to get a cup of coffee. Appreciated the bartender who was able to answer questions and knew something about the hotel. Good location. That's about it."

"The hotel itself was great. Very clean, nice location. However, the parking arrangement is horrible. There were a couple of games from Los Padres, and I couldn’t use the parking garage across the street. I went out and came back and I couldn’t use the only garage that is for hotel use across the street on 6th Ave because it was “Lot full, and only pass members”. We had to find parking and it was not close to the hotel. So don’t expect an easy parking arrangements. That is my biggest complaint and I will not be returning due to the parking arrangement or lack of. "

"My fiancé and I found this place on expedia by pure luck. Reservation was simple, check in was easy, and the room was brilliant. Location was insanely perfect. Cannot wait to stay here again. The only disappointment came from the young gentlemen working the front desk on the 3rd of April (Sunday) in the early afternoon. The issue I had was not that he could not extend our checkout time to 1230pm, he was very adamant that we check out by 12pm on our check out date, and that was ok, not the end of the world. What did upset me was that he was allowing his friend and her boyfriend have free valet parking while the cluple went to game. He was ever so considerate for is friends to park there car at the property and to tell the valet crew to not charge this couple. Not very professional or classy. Please,in the future. Ask your staff if they are gonna do side husltes at work then at least do it privately and not in the main lobby where your paying clients can be in ear shot of these activities. "

"There was a lot of street noise (which I expected for the area), but a white noise app helped drown in out. I didn’t hear noise from other guests. It was very clean, and customer service was great too. The pool was warm, and the breakfast at the restaurant was great too. I would stay again."
