Valet parking only, Valet person refused to park the car in the premises, don't know where they took my car, I hope I didn't pay $45 to have my car parked at the street, the room had no bottled water. Location was good.

Lobby and website were a bit misleading. The rooms showed considerable age, the beds were pretty springy, and the pool on the fifth floor could barely be considered a pool. The elevator was also confusing as the buttons don’t light up. Staff was friendly, but it’s clear they put a ton into the lobby to make it appear upscale.

I only gave two stars because of the room. It was outdated; the curtains, the decor, the wall color, the door frames had been repaired several times, patched holes in the wall near the bathroom etc. The bed was very firm, the hand towel holder had not been dusted in ages, the refrigerator was dusty on top, one of the lamps didn't work and the toilet plugged the first night we got there. We didn't want to spend a lot of money on the hotel room as we wanted the downtown experience and nightlife more so you get what you pay for. Parking is $45 per day! The valet staff was very courteous, professional and quick to retrieve our vehicle so I give them five stars. When we requested room service, they arrived quickly.

Stayed two nights, check in process was simple, stuff was professional, rooms need some updating, bathroom was dirty, stains on the wall, AC was old and loud, could not sleep how loud it was, hotel in general needs some updating. Chairs on the balcony were broken. Coffee machine inside room was cheap. Wallet parking is expensive, $45 per day. Location is nice, Little Italy area with a lot of restaurants near by. For the price, it should have been better.

Practically forced to pay for valet parking if you want to park there. A/C didn’t work and soap dispensers were running out. Room phone was so old with no information so I couldn’t call front desk I had to go down to lobby.
