"Amazing location but the property is in need of some maintenance. Since we stayed here a year ago there is no longer an airport shuttle, and there are areas that need some attention such as the beds, bathrooms and elevators. Just starting to feel a bit dated."

"Loved the pool and spa area. Did not love the street-facing ground floor rooms. Lights from cars entering the parking lot all night would shine into our eyes while on the patio or straight into our room. Blackout curtains helped, but there are always cracks around the edges. Not a dealbreaker, but something to be aware of. Highly recommend springing for a marina view room instead."

"Very good location. Not walkable but driving is easy to go around. The coffee at the hotel was something else, not a usual "hotel coffee". This was a great coffee to our surprise. Parking is easy to find and very available. The feel is more like being at an apartment complex. Liked it. Could go back if found a good deal."

"The pictures on this website are terrible. I was extremely hesitant, but because it was a Hyatt location. I decided to go with my gut because I’ve stayed at Hyatt before. When I arrived at the hotel did not disappoint. Everything was amazing. If you’re thinking to book a room at this hotel do it. I completely recommend it."
