The personnel in the reception desk are very polite, very respectful and very friendly. The facility is very clean and its a safe surrounding with all the lights surrounding the property. The room is very clean and its in top notch shape. The breakfast its outstanding and well serve. I will highly suggest to my friends and family about this hotel. I want to thank the hotel management for the best serviced rendered and the price is right for the rooms.

Checked in around 8:00 p.m sketchy people hanging out in the parking lot, people in the lobby checking in with their personal items inside grocery bags, one gal had an ankle monitor on. Never have I checked into a hotel where the desk clerk was behind bullet proof glass and communicated via a note pad. The room was spotless and very clean, hotel was quiet throughout the night.

Waffles at breakfast were pretty good and the hotel is centrally located with easy access to freeways. My room key was in my pocket not next to my phone and demagnetized two days in a row. Hassle to walk back to the front desk to get them working again. Also, they charge $10/day for parking. Why not just bake that into the room rate. Would make it more comparable when hotel comparing.

First impressions matter and Rocio working at the front desk was amazing. She was so friendly and helpful, easily helped me extend our stay by a day and kept us in the same room! The rooms were a lot nicer than you would expect for such a great price. Beds were clean, no musty odors, clean shower as well. The free breakfast had lots of good options. I didn't use the gym or laundry room but still nice that it's offered! Will more than likely come back on our next San Diego trip.

We liked the staff always cleaning. We didn’t enjoy the homeless people walking around the hotel but hard to control especially with a bus stop right in front. Overall had a great week stay.

The rooms & bathrooms look nice and clean. Housekeeping upon request. They give you shampoo, conditioner and body wash that are all surprisingly good. The trash cans are small with no extra bags but there are a lot of trash cans outside the doors if needed. However there are a lot of sketchy people and police roaming in and out of the property. I did find a bug in the bed, only one but I can’t say the other beds don’t have bed bugs. I inspected the mattress and it seemed fine. However it did happen that I found a bug within the sheets. Other than that, the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The laundry only takes coins and no tap. Complimentary breakfast included was as good as can be and restocked when needed.

First we had little issue with the room assigned with fleas or bugs of some kind . Ana the supervisor was kind and nice to transfer us to a better room . She is really a good employee/ supervisor of the hotel because she really cares about keeping guests happy and satisfied . She should be recognized and that’s why I gave it 3 stars and not 2 .

Loved the location close to the Fashion Valley Mall and Snapdragon Stadium. There for a concert with family and it was a short hop to the Metro parking at the Fashion Valley Mall and ride on the Metro to Snapdragon Stadium. Free breakfast was offered, the rooms were spacious and clean with bathroom amenities, a refrigerator and microwave. Check-in took all of three minutes and the front desk staff were great. Parking onsite was available for a small fee.

This was my first stay at the Super 8 Wyndham at Hotel Circle in San Diego and stayed one night. Wanted a quiet and clean place to stay. Although my queen bed room was small, I was ok with that. The shower towels had stains on them. I believe they were clean and when I called the front desk they assured me they were but did nothing to replace them. White towels can be bleached and clearly they didn’t do a good job of cleaning them. When I walked into the room it was very warm and stuffy. It took a couple hours to cool down. The shower floor was loud when stepped on and looked dirty. Lots of loitering in the parking area and random people, perhaps homeless, smoking at all hours of the day and night. Did not feel safe and room felt dirty and staff not helpful.
