"Hotel was alright, too pricey for conditions the hotel is."

"Upon arrival we were sent to the other Sheraton as we were told that is where we were booked. Headed over to the "other" Sheraton just down the road. To be told - we are really sorry but due to work been done we need to go back to the one we wer just at. The lobby was packed and there were not enough receptionist to handle everyone. The wait was about 30 minutes and the ceceptionist I unfortunately got seemed very frustrated and appeared very rude."

"While the hotel was convenient and clean, our room did not have a window that opened. Not even a crack. That was a little strange since the room smelled of cleaner. Which is good to know it was clean but we would’ve like some fresh air, even a little. The mini fridge was great and so was the view. The sheets were not cotton, so that was a little uncomfortable. The doorman/valet was especially nice! We also received complimentary bottles of water and it was cute seeing dogs around. Would stay here again in a pinch but it is just not my first choice. "

"Thanks to Celia, the desk clerk, I got a 12th floor room with a great view of the San Diego Harbor and when I first arrived in my room I had a cruise ship parked across the street about to set sail!"

"We had a great two-day stay in San Diego! The hotel is beautiful and the rooms were very clean and spacious enough for four adults. We especially appreciated the excellent handicap parking, which made arrivals much easier. The only downsides were that our room door (277) was quite heavy and hard to close, and the hotel does not have luggage carts which made it a bit difficult since we were traveling with my handicapped grandmother. It’s also quite a walk from the elevators to that specific room. Overall, we enjoyed the stay and the atmosphere!"
