"When we arrived we were shown a room about 20 sq m. We had reserved an apartment room 55 sq m, with full kitchen. After showing them my reservation I was told the room wasn't available because they were under reservation. The whole front of the building is scaffolded and looks like it has been like this fir awhile. We had to find another place in the evening as we had food that would spoil. My advise.DO NOT STAY HERE. "

"Francesco and Melissa were great hosts in this stunning house. They gave us loads of information on where to go during the days and where to eat in the evenings (excellent restaurant every time). The breakfast was nice and beautifully prepared, like everything else they did (attention to detail was perfect). The room was unbelievable for the price, a huge bedroom, a bathroom bigger than my living room and a massive outside area on the roof with an outdoor shower, which we loved."

"Took a few days for the staff to warm up but by the end everyone was very friendly and very helpful. The pool was very cold but beautiful. Restaurant, property all beautiful. Breakfast had lots of variety and we appreciated the fresh fruit! Considering this as a wedding venue it's so beautiful especially around sunset. The only complaint is the speed bumps on the driveway are aggressive."

The room was stylish, spotless, and very comfortable, with exceptionally comfortable beds that ensured a great night's sleep.Housekeeping was excellent. Our room was cleaned every day, the beds were beautifully made, fresh towels were provided daily, and complimentary bottled water was replenished each day. The attention to detail was outstanding. Breakfast was delicious, with a wide selection of fresh, high-quality food and excellent coffee. The breakfast room was elegant and welcoming, making it a lovely way to start each morning. The staff were exceptional—friendly, professional, and always happy to help. They gave us excellent recommendations for places to visit, which made our holiday even more enjoyable. The hotel itself is beautifully designed, with a relaxing atmosphere and a stunning lobby where we enjoyed unwinding after a day of exploring. The location is ideal for discovering the beauty of Puglia. We easily visited Oria, Ostuni, Francavilla Fontana, Gallipoli, Nardò, and several stunning beaches, within a short drive. Everything exceeded our expectations, from the accommodation and service to the breakfast and location. We felt welcomed throughout our stay. We would definitely return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a memorable holiday in Puglia."

"The hotel room was beautiful and immaculately maintained. The hotel staff was beyond attentive and hospitable. We were greeted in the parking lot by two staff members that proceeded to help with our luggage. We were then served tea upon our entrance. Their BROS restaurant was superb! Excellent service and a great meal! Even their "resident" cat, which we endearingly nicknamed Puccia (for the Puglian bread) Martina (for the town) was so so friendly. His name during our stay was Puccia Martina. The grounds were so private and peaceful. In a great location close to town. We used this as our home base and drove to places like Locotorondo, Alberobello, Ostuni, and several beautiful beaches. Would not think twice to stay there again."

One thing I really appreciated was the convenient parking area, which made arrival and departure easy. Having breakfast included was also a great bonus, with a good variety and a pleasant start to the day. Overall, a very enjoyable experience and I would definitely stay here again.
