El hotel está muy bien ubicado en Sermione y cuenta con una posiciona de agua termal que está incluido en el precio de la habitación. La comunicación con el personal del hotel fue muy mala, ya que no hablan español y el inglés es terrible, por lo que las preguntas que hacía no daban respuestas correctas ...
