"The property is lovely. It’s modern and very clean. Staff is great. Beautiful terrace with a stunning view. Breakfast delicious. Negative- it is situated off of a very steep incline. It’s .7 miles uphill from the ferry dock. You can take a bus and get dropped closer to the guest house, but there still is quite a walk from the bus stop. "Was an issue, but I couldn't define adequately the reason. During the booking, I don't remember to have the option to change the age of my kid. I came early and alone to do the check in and receive the key. When we arrive late in the night, the booking was done for under 1 year old (she is 11) so just one bed was in the bedroom. They offer option to resolve and that's a good point, but the error could be in the website, or the hotel options. But definitively, the location was great to visit...

"The property is in a great location, just some steps to Volta square and plaza Cavour, near to train station, the room is clean and quiet, everything works well, it would be appreciated more coffee capsules in the room.
