"This is a great hotel that is clean and equipped with all you need for your stay in Cusco. Every single member of the staff was kind, friendly, and helpful! The breakfast included a made-to-order omelette + the small, but ample buffet. I had dinner there on my last night and that was delicious too. Thank you for a lovely stay!"

"The staff were great and the location was perfect. The food in the hotel was always quick and met my needs. Now the cons, the bed was very firm. I found it hard to sleep comfortably. Cusco itself is chilly in the morning so i expected some type of heating but none were available. The washroom was outside of my room and i found it a bit uncomfortable to use it. The layout of the horel is nice but it is fairly old. Still i found it good due to the atmosphere and staff."

"They were very good having breakfast bags ready to bring with us since the flight was so early. Not sure about the hot tub since shower will splash all over the floor. Staff were very friendly."

"Kokoa Hotel in Peru is ideally located just a few minutes from the main square, with plenty of great food options nearby. The housekeeping team did an outstanding job keeping the rooms spotless, and the shower had excellent water pressure. The staff were incredibly friendly and always ready to help. "I had a very unfortunate checkout experience. First off, I had an early flight and needed to leave at 5:15am. Came down to find the front door padlocked and no one at the desk. Someone did come out. Next, I needed to give them my room key to leave. I thought I’d left it on the desk in the room, so he went up to find it. He said it wasn’t there so I went up with him to find it. Key not there. Also not there was the money I left for housekeeping. Basically he’s not letting me out of this padlocked...

"rooms were clean, nice to have the common kitchen for coffee, they helped with anything I needed, everything felt clean and safe and the location was perfect, right in the middle of town and no need to climb any hills. Cusco can be loud and this location is tucked into a side street only for pedestrians so you don't hear the busy streets. I would definitely stay her again, it has everything we needed. Showers were actually hot and they even had a hair dryer."
