An excellent choice for lodging on trips to Petén. The hotel is remodeled and very well maintained. I highly recommend it. We really enjoyed it. The restaurant is also good, and there's no need to go out to eat. We really liked that the room had a small refrigerator, which came in very handy. The property is excellent for walking around.

It’s a gated oasis between the airport and Tikal. Beautiful room with lake views. Jacuzzi is as lovely as expected. However the museum and the boat trip to see spider monkeys are above expectations. Quality of meals could be better for the price.

Orginally planned to stay one night, but on arriving we knew we wanted to stay a second. Everything from the cocktail by the lake to greet us and the friendly, attentive staff, to the lovely rooms, idealic setting and the superb food were perfect. We left wanting to stay longer.
The food deserves a further mention. A fair selection of creative dishes, cooked to perfection. The steak a la bernais trumps that I've had in some of London's best Argentinian steak houses and the dijon style chicken...

The rooms were very clean, and staff were very very helpful.
It's an bit out of town but the tuk tuks are cheap. But be aware that they stop at 8pm.
They can make you breakfast for an extra charge , and nothing is too much trouble .

My favourite hotel in Guatemala.
The view from the balcony was excellent, overlooking the lake with the hammock, chairs and table.
The room was clean and spacious. The bathroom had good running water and warm water.
The breakfast allows you to choose food from the cafe next door which was good quality and mixed options.

Yes, there are holiday rentals close to the most popular sights in San Francisco, or you can select a more secluded option if you're looking for a relaxing stay.
What’s there to see and do in San Francisco?
While you're exploring the area, Las Guacamayas Biological Station and Lake Petén Itzá are a couple of picturesque spots to get outside and enjoy nature. In the wider area, you’ll find Maya Mall and Flores Dock.
What’s a holiday rental in San Francisco like?
Holiday rentals are private properties where you can stay for a few weeks, or just a few days, in San Francisco. Holiday rentals feature amenities like laundry facilities and kitchens so you'll have everything you want. If you're concerned about a clean environment, holiday rentals can offer a sense of safety away from public hotel lifts and busy concierge desks while still allowing you to travel. You'll also have more space in a holiday rental than in a traditional hotel, which is another reason why a holiday rental is an attractive option for family gatherings.
