"Great location, beautiful rooms."

"Inteior of the property was beautiful. We enjoyed exploring the hotel and using the gym. Unfortunately, not the hotels fault, but the area outside the property felt unsafe at night (after 10pm). During the day there was lots of security and was safe to walk around. Pier 39 is a short 40min walk from the property and you get to see Union Square and China Town. Overall we had a blast.
