"Absolutely beautiful! Staff were amazing and very attentive! Property was very very clean! Didn’t like they have no cold Water, not even to shower! All 3 pools were extremely warm! I understand no smoking but I think if you have a balcony you should be able to smoke on it or maybe have some rooms that you are able to smoke out on. But it also felt like there’s no real public smoking around that area."

"Angel, Musio, Miriam, Jose, Carlos, Linda and ALL STAFF were attentive, warm, and gave excellent service and laughter. Our room was clean and functional. Karaoke was so fun, and the resort was well maintained and clean. Some noise from landscapers in the morning near our tower that could have started a little later, but the overall stay was still 10/10. Thank you all for an amazing time."

"Our room was in the Coba Tower. The room was clean, and housekeeping came daily. The staff does an excellent job maintaining cleanliness throughout the hotel grounds. The landscaping is beautiful, and the property is well-kept. Restaurant service is top-notch, and the food and drinks are delicious and high-quality. There is a fantastic sandy beach. It has everything needed for a wonderful week-long vacation with the family."

"Our stay was pretty good. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. The property was well maintained and the food was very good. Unfortunately we went during low season and it was quieter than we hoped for our kiddo to find a kid to play with and the Kids Club seemed very quiet. The pool is nice but not so kid friendly (like lots of places to socialize but not necessarily for kids fun with a slide or splash area). The room was very nice (well decorated, plenty of space, all the details accounted for) but the bed was pretty hard for our liking. One thing I loved about our stay, the resort collects olive ridley sea turtle nests to protect them from predators on the beach then releases them into the bay when they hatch, so I saw that one morning."

"Staff was wonderful, clean room, breakfast delicious, we were just bummed the pool was closed. I LOVED the products, they were so lovely! Could you please tell me the brand of product you use in your rooms? I would really like to order the lotion. It’s amazing!"
