"Very friendly and professional staff. The food was hit and miss in terms of the quality. Most of the outlets in our room did not work. When we called the front office staff, they immediately sent a maintenance person to our room who proceeded to take the outlets out and install them upside down. ..."

"Everything is alright. The Japanese restaurant food was okay only. Crystal is good. The bad thing is you can’t book uber picking you at your hotel. You have to use their own vendor which is much more expensive if you travel outside a lot. Almost 4 times Uber price."
