"The lobby and courtyard are beautiful but the rooms (at least the one I stayed in) are dated, ugly and the carpet is very sticky. It's sad they no longer have live piano like they once did which was part of the charm. I will not stay here again and I do not recommend it for anyone who wants a comfortable room. We couldn't walk barefoot because the carpet was so sticky/filmy. "

"I loved the location with many food options available within walking distance and parking garage is a short walk into hotel. The breakfast was excellent with Asian dishes available instead of the usual eggs, sweet waffles, and meat options!! The front desk was superb and they were able to accommodate our early check in. I like to say I'm a clean and neat person, so imo daily room service was not avaliable and would have appreciated if that service was avaliable. Overall, great stay!!"

"Dirty carpet, hard bed, toilet stuck out in front of the sink about a third of the way. Worst bathroom design I've ever seen. Should be embarrassed to rent a room like that. Room 327 Should at least give a big discount "
