"Very disappointing experience and definitely not what I would expect from a 4-star hotel. Check-in was supposed to be at 2:00 PM, but our room was not ready until almost 4:00 PM. The room itself was poorly maintained. The carpet was very dirty, the towels were stained and torn, and there was no phone ..."
