We had a lovely stay at the farmhouse. Our apt was very spacious with 2 bedrooms and a large living room. The best part was the views from each room particularly the town of San Gimignano from the LR. Our last night we witnessed a beautiful sunset over the pool and the hills which capped off our stay. The walk to the center of town took us about 20 minutes and part of it is uphill.

Very good place to rest and enjoy Toscana. Highly recommended! Try the house wine and enjoy the landscape. Only downsides are the bed mattress (it could.be a lot better) and the hot water... It lasts only few minutes and then you need to wait

Marita was so helpful with all our wants and needs. Matteo the winemaker can in on Sunday, his day off to greet us. Their wines and olive oil are wonderful and our apartment was beautiful and immaculate. A beautiful short walk into town for dinner and shopping was so much nicer then having to drive and find parking. Love San Gimignano and this place. We WILL be back!

Heaven on earth

Lovely apartment with fabulous views from every window. Everywhere was clean and well maintained including the perfectly situated infinity pool. An added bonus is the close vicinity to San Gimignano which is easy walking distance provided you can cope with an uphill climb in the heat! Overall, absolute heaven.

Lovely setting close to town

Beautiful working vineyard overlooking the town of San Gimignano. The rooms were very pleasant and the pool was fantastic with panoramic views over the valley. The town of San Gimignano is a bustling mix of quaint streets, picturesque piazzas, beautiful buildings, welcoming restaurants and interesting museums. A trip to the top of the tower provides panoramic views to the whole of San Gimignano.

Lovely clean apartment, excellent location. Kitchen appliances were not very good and the bed was quite hard, which is typical Italian style. We still really enjoyed our stay and would return.
