"We stayed for two days in this lovely place Sand in Taufers. Its pretty small place, just some bars and restaurants are available but you're so close to the mountains so it was perfect for our hiking trip. "Lovely staff and lovely hotel. We had a room with 2 balconies, one right over the river. The river is loud with the windows open but the with the windows shut the soundproofing was great. Really nice location for exploring the dolomites."
