"Breakfast was excellent. Dinner was expensive and not many selections. The staff was generally very nice, although when I checked out the staff refused to give me the Expedia discount on drinks, in contrast to what the staff said when I checked in. That was frustrating. The grounds are lovely, but not an easy walk to the city. "

"I was disappointed in this hotel and I’m confused about the high ratings. It’s certainly not 4 stars. The photos are misleading. There were no lamps in the room. No individual toiletries as indicated in the photos. Unstocked bar fridge. Dirty shag rug. Uncomfortable bed. Dated TV with no instructions for use (it’s possible to remove the dubbed audio from some channels but it’s difficult to figure out how to do this). The smoke detector or other device on the ceiling flashed bright red all night....

"Great rooftop gym with views of the skyline! Wish the site mentioned the pool was closed for maintenance (which was the main reason I booked the property) but I still got to enjoy laying in the sun on the rooftop. The courtyard was open and comfortable with nice seating, great spot to have an espresso. Staff was lovely and helpful"

"The building doesn’t look like it has had any money spent on it since the 1980’s.Very shabby hotel, shame on the owners, it could be fab. Had holes in sheets and towels. No duvet it’s a 1950’s style blanket between sheets. Not hygienic these days. Dirt and dust everywhere. Cushions with stains on. One pillow each. Dining chairs in the breakfast room all broken. "The staff is amazing, kind, and informative they were able to give us a map and locate all the sight seeing areas for us. The facility is clean, centralized where you can walk to all the areas but still off the main path so that it’s quit enough. Their breakfast items were good. I utilized their laundry services and it was pricey but really well worth it. Overall I would recommend and stay here again!"

"Very big nice room, pretty grounds, plenty of parking!! there’s a shuttle in to the city which is quite practical. Pool was under renovation while we were there, breakfast was good, staff is super polite and helpful. Honestly a much better experience than other hotels we stayed at in the region for a more expensive price. Pleasantly surprised with our experience here "
