"This hotel was clean, well staffed, and full of amenities that elevate the stay to a high level. I appreciate the balance between selve service and carefully guided options. While not elaborate in decorative or stylized furnishings, every area was clean and modern, as well as minimalized enough to not feel cluttered or confusing. This was my first stay at a Drury Inn, but it will not be my last!"

"We arrived to a broken sink and spent our entire stay trying to get it fixed. We made several requests, but the staff ignored us and never checked the room. When we asked for a refund or a room change through Expedia, the hotel lied and said they had already moved us to a different room. They refused to help or offer any solution for the inconvenience. Extremely unprofessional experience."

"Great location next to the Big Texan. Can easily walk over to it. The hotel has a decent free breakfast offered.
We did spill some water on the floor in our room when we wiped it up, the floor obviously hadn’t been mopped very well or was mopped with dirty water. The towel was way dirtier than I would’ve expected. Nothing too crazy. Only reason I have a 4 star on cleanliness. Rest of the room a facility was well taken care of. "
