"A fantastic hotel in the heart of Cusco. Literally right around the corner from the San Pedro market. A quick 10 min uber drive away from Saqsaywaman. This hotel offers laundry service. The breakfast is excellent. They offer FREE storage of your luggage when traveling to Machu Picchu. And the San Pedro PeruRail station is literally a 1 min walk away. The staff are all friendly and helpful. Highly recommended for anyone traveling to Cusco. 10/10"

"Very noisy hotel. If you try and sleep there are people (incl staff) making a lot of noise and it echoes throughput the hotel. Also it isn't in a convenient location, wouldn't stay again unless they worked on soundproofing."

"The hotel was clean and the staff was very helpful and kind. However, the hotel itself is poorly designed. To start, there is terrible ventilation in the guest rooms. My room was stuffy and uncomfortable the whole time, and I can’t imagine how much worse it could have been for anyone struggling with the altitude in Cusco as well. The showers were also terrible. There is nothing at the bottom of the shower that prevents the water leaking out of the shower so we had to build a dam of towels to...

"Beautiful surroundings and lovely, well-decorated rooms. The staff were extremely kind and helpful. The views from the restaurants are stunning. The grounds are very nice and the alpacas are friendly! There is a lot of attention to detail in this boutique hotel. The walk to the main square is about 10 minutes. The walk back to the hotel is about 15 minutes because it’s uphill. I would highly recommend this hotel !"
