Una gran opción para viajeros en Cúcuta

Mi estancia en hotel SAVAC fue tranquila y acogedora, con la satisfacción suficiente de mis necesidades como huésped. Le falta un restaurante cálido y de buen servicio, que complete la compañía y el excelente servicio de los encargados

No usar publicidad engañosa para vender

No es un Hotel, cuando hice la reserva hable con la niña y le dije que si era con desayuno y dijo que si. Pues bien el papel aguanta todo. Es un Motel pegado a una zona de tolerancia, las sábanas no limpias, lamentablemente llegamos a las 11:00 pm y no había manera de salir en ese momento pues la zona es insegura en la noche. Al día siguiente hice el reclamo y pagué la noche diciendo que no me servia pues no fue lo que ofrecieron por teléfono. Y que eser lugar no tenia sino una estrella. Y la respuesta fue que de todos modos me cobraban la reserva.Fueron groseros e impositivos. Y pienso que ustedes deben verificar si lo que les envían por fotos o por escrito corresponde a la realidad. Pues en este caso la publicidad del Hotel fue engañosa. No saque fotos pues no se me ocurrió lamentablemente.
