"I booked this hotel for my husband at a great rate. He was flying in at 1am and needed a place to stay until he took the bus to the North Coast. It was 9 miles from the airport and 1 mile from the bus station. He self-checked in late and said it "was clean and nice". He got a good night's rest and took the bus in the morning. Communication was great as well. We will definitely use this hotel again if we have a short trip in Santiago."

"The room was spacious. However the bathroom was not clean and functional at our arrival, we had to call service to have it fixed. The rooms are also not completely sound guarded. You can actually hear the conversation of the adjacent room. Other than that, nice hotel and good breakfast."
