"I reserved a Jr suite and was old looking and bathroom walls had stains and mold. The wall electrical plugs and a/c were not working. I upgraded my room and had to check out the next day to check in again to the new room. I had to wait until 3:00pm to be able to go back to my room. There was no exception ..."
