Stayed here for an event happening near by and overall nice place to stay, if you're into walking it was kinda close to downtown but with an Uber it was 5 min away, the tub could of been cleaned better. Stayed there by myself and I felt safe, there is a whole foods right around the corner so that was nice. I would definitely stay there again.

Property was clean with limited parking. Property set on main thoroughfare and close to airport so all road noise and planes overhead could be heard from inside the room. Entrance to hotel has automatic door.

The place had a very nice entry. The check in staff were welcoming and pleasant. I walk into a old room with bllod on the carpet ans a moldy bathroom. It was clean yet overall unsafe and unsanitary.

Well cleaned, but dated and a bit worn out hotel. The neighborhood is somewhat seedy. Big thing is the Diridon train station within 10 min walk, and Whole Foods next door. Good for those who came to see San Francisco on a budget - the downtown is an hour away by Baby Bullet express train ($21 day pass).

Don’t do it!!

This hotel definitely needs to be renovated. The carpets were filthy, the furniture was horrible, the fridge was stinky, the bathroom was gross and the tub was dirty.

I location and free parking big is a spot to crash after visiting the SAP Center. The lighting, the broken Jacuzzi, and the lack of working coffee makers lead for a mediocre review

Great location close to SAP center. Priced for one night stay was reasonable. Rooms felt semi clean, however run down and could use some updates. Very loud overall, could hear the cars on the street, the airplanes fly over every 10 minutes and the other patrons aren’t considerate of the other guests. Check in was easy a little after 4:00 and free parking was a perk..
