"I did not expect thatcthiscwas not an Americal style hotel. The beds were too low to the floor and mattress was too firm. The room chairs were plastic. No boiling pot, no coffee, no hair dryer, toilet paper was on top of medicine cabinet. No holder. Had to go through my phone to connect to TV."

"Room had an amazing view of the ocean. They came in daily to clean our room and refresh the towels. Staff was always friendly and courteous. They let us use the laundry after hours.
