"The place was great! Every time I’ve heard a hotel have the word inn in the name I’ve always been a little hesitant but it was a great experience, the room was great and so was the staff. We were greeted multiple times throughout the stay (but not in an overly excessive way). We will definitely be staying here again in the future "

"Loved this hotel when it was the Fairmont. Beautiful building and updated features. Front desk staff was not helpful at all, and rude. Check in time was delayed, we reserved 2queens and ended with 2 doubles. Mattress were old and had a pit in the middle. Parking valet were very nice and informative."
