Great staff, good room with very comfortable bed, lent me a plug adapter when I needed it, welcoming and friendly restaurant staff and good transfer shuttle to the airport

Friendly staff and very accommodating. Organised our transfer to the airport with 2 bikes. Very clean and spacious room with great balcony

All the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The shuttle service was very convenient too.

Great location, good size room with nice breakfast options

Really nice hotel. Rooms spacious and very clean. Beds ok. Singles only. Area around is ok. Lots of homeless at night but didn’t feel unsafe. We wanted to do laundry which website said they did but they don’t. Laundrette is only 200m down the road.

Madero is a great location that is clean and safe. Large bed, spacious bathroom, plenty of flat space for putting things down- very important- and balcony. I only stayed one night but it was a perfect location for taking a stroll around the lovely Recoleta area. Plenty of historic buildings, its also close to the river front with great restaurants.

It's a lovely hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. The variety of food at breakfast was great and well presented. I would pick this hotel again if I visited Buenos Aires
