Almost all the staff were rude with customer service absolutely not a priority, inuding the male server at breakfast who was visibly angry because people arrived. I saw several people give up and leave rather than continue to wait for an hour for food or attention from waitstaff. I specifically asked if there were any umbrellas for the pool area because there was only 1 being used by someone else. Although I was promised by 2...

Not the best first impression - maybe HSK works on island time. 2. 1115 on Monday - Hsk staff(male) entered room to replenish shower soap - DIDNT knock and wooden sign was showing do not enter equivalent. This is unsafe…Pool small but comfortable - great view…on site restaurants ok …"
