We had just gotten married and were on our honeymoon and when they found they upgraded us from a classic room to a mindblowingly beautiful suite with two bathrooms and a view of the pool. "Travelled to Florence for my wifes 50th birthday. To make it special, i wanted to make sure the hotel was right. The hotel did not disappoint - immaculately clean, staff very helpful and chevk in easy. Beautiful room which had a view of the city. Breakfast was equally of a high standard with a great variety of options available. Staff again, were extremely attentive. We booked a 50 min slot in the spa - very n8ce after travelling. Only complaint here is the hot tub could have been hotter!...
