Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was very disappointing. The room was in poor condition—the carpet was dirty, there was dust everywhere (even on the bathroom cabinet), and the sink leaked constantly until the handle eventually broke off. The closet door was broken and didn’t open properly, and the screen door to the balcony kept falling off its track. To make matters worse, the balcony curtains were stained and couldn’t close all the way, which made it hard to block out light or have privacy.
In addition to the condition of the room, we were not informed ahead of time that the hotel was undergoing renovations. The lobby was closed, the gym was unavailable, and many areas of the hotel were not accessible or functioning as expected. Had we known about these issues in advance, we would have reconsidered booking here.
Overall, the lack of communication and the poor state of the room made for a very unpleasant experience. I hope management takes these concerns seriously and makes improvements for future guests.
