Great small hotel

Great little place centrally located in the historic city center of San Luis Potosi. Close to many shops, park, and mercado. Can be a little noisy at night since there are a few bars in the nearby area. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

Hotel is very good. Well located and very reasonably priced. However, might not be appropriate for people with claustrophobic issues or just not used to the lack of ventilation. Must rooms have not windows or even natural light. Other than that the hotel is excellent value for money

Nice little hotel

Upon arriving it took the front desk employee about 30 minutes to come open the front door. I stood outside there knocking for about 30 minutes. Other than that, it was a good experience. Small clean hotel. Room was upstairs w no elevator in the building so hauling suitcases up there can be a workout. Hotel is located in a very historic area of the city close to monuments and walkways to historic center of town.

Son pocas habitaciones, la cama es mas pequeña de lo que anuncian , no tiene restaurante, ni zona de alimentos, vending, no hay servicio de cable, y la señal local es mala, no hay agua caliente que porque usan solo solar, ni aire acondicinado. la Chica de recepcion trato de hacer amena nuestra estancia, pero definitivamente el lugar no ayuda.

La ubicación es muy buena, pero hay dos cosas malas, una que los empleados ponen música o videos con sonido y se escucha hasta las habitaciones. La segunda es que el estacionamiento es totalmente en la calle enfrente del hotel. La música de los empleados escucha desde la mañana.
