"The pictures looked great, the rooms did not match the pictures. One room was pretty musty and dark. The room we stayed in had no hot water in the shower and it took 3 days to fix. They offered to change the room but that room had steep stairs to get to single bedroom down stairs and we had paid for a two bedroom. They should have made sure the shower worked before we arrived. Top San Martín Tilcajete Hotel Reviews

Casa De Sierra Azul

Casa De Sierra Azul

8/10 Good
"Initial problems with music being piped into the downstairs rooms...unable to rest. Management turned it off. Walls are very thick and ATT/telcel phones could not penetrate. Must use WIFI. May limit cell phone access. Problem with coverage is not that of the hotel, but be prepared. Nice hotel otherwise. We would stay there again and hope these issues are fixed."
